I've been on maintenance after hitting my goal for two weeks. I went from doing 24 points a day to lose weight, and now I'm eating 30 points a day just to maintain it. Does this seem normal? Just curious. It feels like I do nothing but eat...
Yep! Some members find that they actually need to eat a lot more points in order to stabilize their weight and others find that they can only increase their points a little--it's really a personal thing and everyone is different.
