Default My 1st week weigh in is tomorrow
I just joined WW last Saturday, so tomorrow is my first weigh in while being on program. I am nervous, and so excited. I don't have a scale at home, so I am not sure if I have lost or not. But I have stuck to the program really well.

This is my first time at WW, although not first time to trying to lose. So far I love it!! It seems to be really easy to follow and something I oculd live with. At least I feel if I were to treat myself, I haven't blown my diet. WW seems very livable.

I am really hoping to find some motivation and support here. I actually was a regular on here about 7 years ago and I lost a ton of weight. Now of course it is back. I never got to my goal weight before and I always just get kind of "comfortable" once I lose a little weight. This time I am in it for the long haul, even if it takes me years. I'm tired of being over weight and I want to get healthy for myself, my husband, and my son.

Anyway.....can't wait to meet some of you. Wish me luck tomorrow.

Yay Regina! Personally, I think it's a good thing you don't weigh in at home. Unless you're calibrated with the WW scales, it will just mess you up. Once a week is perfect because you don't trip up over the daily fluctuations that are normal.

Regina! Please do post after your weigh in today! Mine is this morning, as well. I just joined last Saturday, too! I'm very excited because I feel like I have lost even though it was my TOM. I drank so much water last week that I am considering moving my desk into the bathroom and making that my new office space. LOL

Good luck today! Can't wait to hear about your progress!

OK...so I had my first official weigh in after being OP, and I lost 6.6 lbs!! I was thrilled and surprised. I knew I had done well last week, but I wasn't expecting that much. It was a huge motivator for the upcoming week.

Congrats, Regina! I'm so happy for you!

My first weigh in was yesterday, too, and I lost 1.4. I was so disappointed at first, but now I'm very happy with it. I'm 1.4 pounds closer to my goal!
