WW had my goal weight set 156 lbs which I got to 3 times but just can't maintain. I found that I couldn't seem to stay below 160 so I figured my body was telling me something.
I feel comfortable between 160 -165 lbs and I look fine at that weight range and can maintain that without starving and stressing myself out. That puts me at a size 9/10 which is just fine by me. I feel good at that size/weight so that's what I'm sticking to.
I'm focusing more on eating good nutritious food and exercising.
