Well you got my rolling out at 5am beat! My crazy group of walking buddies starting at 5:30am ughh, for a 10 mile training "run". I am soooo tired.
Early Morning (2.5)
kashi w/ milk - 2, 1/2 apple - .5
Normal Morning (7)
oatmeal - 3, milk - 1, 1 bacon strip - 1, bites of pancakes - 2
Midday (7)
chicken hash - chicken - 1, veggies - 0, oil - 3, noodles - 3
spent 16.5 so far
Evening (20)
1 drink - 3, shrimp/tuna aptzr- 1, potstickers - 3,
bread - 2, salad w/ oil - 1, steak - 4, polenta - 3, spinach - 1, bite dessert - 2
total - 36.5 - 10 activity = 26.5
Exercise - 2 1/2 hours of intense racewalking - 12 activity pts
