I love WATP for cardio in the morning. I'm up to where I run instead of walk and do more jumping back and forth to get it to a high intensity workout.

I also do weights with a high intensity cardio in the afternoons at the gym as follows:

Mon&Thur - legs, back, calves, biceps
Tue&Fri - chest,shoulders,abs, triceps
Wed&Sat - cardio machine (treadmill, bike, stairstepper).

I love the elliptical...when i really feel like i want to make a difference...the elliptical does it for me. I try to do it 5 times a week for 30 minutes each. I just feel lighter after a sweat on that thing.

Also at the gym the weight training just seems to fly by.

If i just dont feel like getting to they gym i do winsor pilate or core secrets with gunner peterson

I'm a huge elliptical fan, otherwise I like walking on the treadmill at a 15 incline at about 3.5mph

Running on the treadmill while watching my favourite TV shows on tape (my challenge is to run for a full 1-hour episode...hasn't happened yet, but I've come close).

Playing soccer. I played twice a week in the summer, and aim to play twice a week in the winter. It's great exercise, a lot of fun, and I've met some great people, too. I wish I could play every day!

Leslie Sansone WATP were my favorite when I was first starting out. Now Turbo Jam is my favorite. I also like The Firm. In the gym I love elliptical machine but I don't get to the gym much so I rotate through my exercise videos.

I love the elliptical, WATP, and call me a geek, but I like Richard Simmon's Broadway tapes. It's fun to dance to music I enjoy. Yes his personality leaves something to be desired, but the dances are easy and fun! I get bored easily, so I have to mix it up frequently!

I'm a walker....I do 2.7 miles through our subdivision almost daily. It's all up and down hills. On my off days, like when it's raining or I just can't go until late, then I use our elliptical instead. I always like the walks better, though!
