Red face Journal - Monday, September 17, 2001

Back to work after the weekend away....

B:
Decaf coffee 0/0
Baker's breakfast cookie 4/4
FF yogurt w/cereal mixed in 3/7

L:
Back to my turkey sandwich 2/9
Carrots/celery 0/9
Mixed fruit 1/10

D:
Leftover chicken stroganoff over noodles 7/17
1 cup skim milk 2/19
Steamed veggies 0/19

Snack:
WW 2 pt bar 2/21
3/4 cup sherbet 3/24

Water:
80 oz plus

Exercise:
Treadmill for 3.1 miles~45 minutes~4.2 MPH/7% incline

ice cream cone 9
pretzels/butter 3

exercise: definitely, really feel the need - haven't done much lately. took a brisk walk last night and it really helped the mood - cardioclass -2

hi all-
trying to get the munchies under control for the next 12 weeks...

breakfast: coffee
jr. mints 1/4 box 1.5 (no more)

lunch:
salad
ww pizza 8
dinner:
left over halibut 3
some sort of vegetable matter
left over and very waxy potatoes
snack:
latte 2
and luna 4
celery sticks
exercise: lifting those canning jars
gym: good 50 mins cardio
water: yup
vitamin: yup

I had the tooth extracted. On my way to recovery, but I won't be able to do any strenuous exercise until Wed. I hope I won't gain too much without it.

Good thing that bad tooth came out. Hope you're feeling okay. They say that ice cream is actually necessary after tooth extraction!!!
