Smile Rejoined WW this week

Hi. I have been around 3FC for years now and my weight has gone up and down over those years. I am determined to lose this weight once and for all. The biggest thing that works for me is being organized and tracking my eating so I decided to rejoin WW. I tried about 2 years ago to join, but my son was only 2 1/2 then and he just couldn't sit still and wanted to talk to me the whole time. Now he is nearly 5 and he knows how to sit and whisper and he's happy to practice writing his name and drawing pictures so I thought it was time to try the meetings again.

I weighed in Monday at 247 and today I am at 242. I am hoping to maintain that loss until weigh in day on Monday. I have been tracking my points deligently this time and making healthy choices.

I hope to get to know some of you here. Right now I actively participate in the Teachers Support Group, but I thought I would join here too now that I am back on the WW program.

Default Another Fellow WW'er

Hi,

Good idea to rejoin WW. I rejoined at Thanksgiving time last year and it is still working for me. I have lost count as to how many times I have rejoined WW and every time I stop, I gain the weight back because I haven't changed my lifestyle and go back to my old habits. This time is different - I am over half way to goal and have completely changed my attitude and lifestyle.

Hang in there even over the bumps - I am and it's working. You have to decide that you are important and then everything else falls into place.

Hi Patience and DNR,

I hope you had a good week. I lost 7 pounds at my first weigh in. I am motivated and ready to lose this weight and I WILL become a lifetime member this time.
