Hi everyone,
Of all those who have been successful on Weight Watchers, I was wondering how many of you drank while OP? I've done WW before and had some success, but not huge success and I'm wondering if it's because I drank on weekends during the plan. I would always count the alcohol in my daily points, but I was a bit of a binge drinker back then.

I know that if I have a second glass, I'm much more likely to eat more too. If you're tracking your points, eating healthy food and exercising, a glass or two of wine a week fits in - at least in my plan.
