Good Morning guys...

OK Katie... so tell me how do you drink 36oz of water already with the day just begun??? Wow. That's amazing.

Morning (2.5)
cof - 1, sm banana - 1.5
munched on carrots - 0

Midday (6.5)
gasp!!! I had a Smart Ones chicken Alfredo w/ added bok choy - 5, apple - 1, veggie soup cup - .5, carrots to munch - 0

Evening (est 15)
not sure - may go out will plan for fish
skinny cow - 2 (now even hubby is eating them!)

water - trying for 32oz
exercise - walked @ 3miles - did hill work - ughh! but earned 3 Act pts
Banked so far... 1.5 / Actvty 6 pts incl today

hey all- pooped thanks to dog and cat kevetching during the night. they are both quite the drama queens.

breakfast:

lunch:
ww bbq chicken pizza 8!/9
carrots and celery 1/10
snack:
coffee mit 1/2&1/2 1/11
bite of molasses cookie, dog got some too 1/12

exercise: dog putter at lunch, gym this evening, something else (dog run tonight)

Patch -
I have two 16-20 oz water bottles with me in the car every morning. I tell myself I need to drink both bottles by the time I get to work in the morning (about a 15-20 minute drive). I usually succeed or just about. When I finish those, I tell myself I can then have my morning cup of coffee. Silly little mind games that work for me. I fill up the empty bottles, chill them in the fridge & I do the same little game on my way home. During the rest of the workday, I have a 32 oz mug of water that I consume the rest of the day. I try to drink at least half of my body weight in ounces in water - at least 72 ounces.

Kt - your water strategy would also inspire me to get to work ASAP - If I got stuck in traffic, watch out!!!
