I had an
awful week

My w/i day is Monday so I start my week on Tuesday. I had a great meeting last week: I had lost a total of 30 pounds plus I got my 10% keychain! Tuesday went fine but then Wednesday came. I started my period which always makes me overeat and by the end of the night, I had eaten all my daily points plus half of my flex points

Same thing on Thursday. Since then I have gone over my points by about 15 everyday. I know why I did it and I am re-focusing starting today but I am nervous about tonight's weigh-in! I am just really mad at myself--I know better!
Anyway, I am back on plan. Thanks for letting me vent!
