I really messed up this time...
Hi everyone,
I had an awful week :( My w/i day is Monday so I start my week on Tuesday. I had a great meeting last week: I had lost a total of 30 pounds plus I got my 10% keychain! Tuesday went fine but then Wednesday came. I started my period which always makes me overeat and by the end of the night, I had eaten all my daily points plus half of my flex points :o Same thing on Thursday. Since then I have gone over my points by about 15 everyday. I know why I did it and I am re-focusing starting today but I am nervous about tonight's weigh-in! I am just really mad at myself--I know better! Anyway, I am back on plan. Thanks for letting me vent! I hope everyone has a great day :) |
I'm so sorry...I had a very stressful friday, which spilled over to Sat & Sunday...I did not record a single point value after breakfast on friday, then just kind of gave up...I was thinking I would not weigh in on Tuesday (this would be the beginning of my week 4) but I think I will just do it anyway, and get back on track...since it is a lifestyle and not a diet...I will have to just learn how to deal with stress and craziness without eating everything in sight...

At your meeting you can pay and choose not to weigh in...kind of like a get out of jail free card :) That is if seeing that number will not help you.

I did think about that but I think seeing the weight (no matter how bad!) will probably help me get back in gear. Leaving in about 30 minutes--wish me luck!

I'm sorry about your week. But don't beat yourself up too bad..at least you know where you went wrong and you are ready to get back in the groove. :hug:
