Hi everyone i started weight waters abt 3 weeks ago. i started out at 226 and am down to abt 214.5....which is really cool for me i dont remeber the lst time i weighd this much. My problem is i cheat atlest 1x a week so im not leaving that 214.5. Im hoping someone wll help me stay on tract, not cheat and just be there for support. My family is also on it but they dont really discuss anything. And my twin sister is constantly trying to get me to go to mcdonalds or wendys. . My ttl goal is 175 right now.....My short term goal is 200. so i have about 15 more lbs to go....If anyone is interesting being my buddy and helping me throuhg this i would greatly appreciate it...Thanx

...the important thing is that your right back on track again. I got that advice from alot of people. Just remember to eat..sometimes your body holds on to what it has if you're not eating enough. Hey you got more gusto than me. I'm still trying to get my exercise up. I'm not much of a mover...
I have stuff I enjoy doing ( i love to walk) but with 3 girls and a husband, there just doesn't seem much time left for me. I can do what I can do and that's it for now...BUT I FOR ONE THINK YOU'RE DOING AWESOME!
