I have been on WW for quite awhile and I am 20 pds from goal and been stuck for over 6 months even though I have tried using the flex pts..not using the flex pts..etc etc I workout 6 days a week and doing all the healhty guidelines and water etc etc. my ? is has anyone ever tried the Wendi plan? and does it work? I am a bit nervous about trying it but willing to at this point!
getting very frustrated! I live in WA! I am a sahm..I forgot to add that I work out 6 days a week too..I do a rebounding class. weight training and I hike a mt 4 x a week that is very intense 1 hour workout of 1000 elevated feet
I also am learning to rollarblade and I walk and jog some too xoxox
