Hey Guys, I am new to this site but definitely not to wieht loss. I've gain and lost a huge person in my life. I just rejoined WW and am in my first week. They have changed since my last time. More food . I really have trouble getting it all in. Good luck to all.

Well I have to say that I am sticking to it this time. I have been doing ww for three weeks now and I haven't cheated yet. I did have 2 chocolatechip cookies lastnight with my husband for Father's Day, but I used my flexpoints. As for exercize I have only been working in my yard. But mowing on a steep slope down to our lake is definatley exersize!!! Any way I thought I would check in with you ladies and let you know how I am doing. How goes with you all? I have a Drs. appt. today so I will get to see how much I weigh UUUHHHGGG have a G reat Day

Hello to everyone!
I didn't check into here all weekend; was pretty busy.
Lisa- would love to buddy up and help provide support- I know I need all the support I can get.
Soccer- I like the way that WW is now compared to the old way. I am doing the points on my own instead of going to meetings, so far it's going good.
Not2- I also went a little over yesterday for father's day. My dtr cooked an awesome meal, and I feel like I did great with portions, not going overboard like in the past...I usually would fill up 2 plates, but I only did a small spoon of everything. We had a new wine that I have never tried, Chateau Elan's Summer wine, and it was sooooo good- I ended up drinking 3 glasses of it, so that is where I went over. But I didn't use any of my flex points all week, so that wasn't too bad.
If anyone would like to PM me their email addresses, I usually respond quicker to email. Especially since I'll be going back to work this Wednesday.
