Hey everyone. Had weigh in last night. Was down 1.4. I am happy with that but was hoping for more. Will keep plugging away at this goal. See you all again in a week. I should have done a tracker. I think I have 8 more pounds to go to hit this goal. I will go make a tracker soon. --Amy

Wow Hildy! Awesome before and after pictures! You look great!!! Congratulations!! I'm going to take some picture when I get to 175.

I lost 4 lbs this week!!! Woo-hoo!! I'm fitting in my 16R Jones New York Jeans! It's been awhile since I was able to do that!

Yeah where is everyone...I need some help! I have been good everyday until about 4 in the afternoon and then it is a free for all smorgusboard! My schedule is all jacked up because some days I am at the hopsital workin 7-3pm so I am up at 5:30 and eat lunch at noon am hungry between 4-5 and starving again at 8:00 and it is not like an I am bored lets eat at 8 it is oh my gosh I might start chewing on a wall! But then on the days I sleep until 8 or 9 and eat brkfst at lets say 10 ish lunch at 2ish and dinner at 630 and i can get by with just a snack in the later hours! So the good news is I haven't gained any this week because I have been very active but the bad news is I haven't gone to a weigh in yet because I hate going when I haven't lost anything and feel I would getting better suggestions here anyway..I don't go to the same meeting every week my schedule is too crazy! So please help guys!:dizzy:

Hildy - hang in there - get some carrots or an apple to much on around that time to get you over that hump until dinner time. An apple for me usually helps so much because of the sweetness of of.

I lost 1 pound this week so I feel pretty good about that. We go on vacation in 2 weeks so I will hav to work hard during that time to loose.

Hildy: I make a pot of 1-2 point soup on my day off. I love the Taco soup. When I get home, I am usually hungry, so I eat 1-2 cups and that satisfies me for an hour or two until, I eat dinner. I usually try to walk after about 30 minutes after I eat the soup and then get dinner when I finish. I usually exercise/walk 1 to 1 1/2 hours, just depends.
Anyway keep at it! Do something that works for you! This works for me.

Congrats to those of you who have lost! I am envious. I gained 1.2 over the last two weeks. Not too bad for what I have consumed.

Hildy, I did not have any advice for you as I was eating my full fat ice cream! Hope you are back on track now. I am trying.

Will check in next week. I bought another ten weeks worth of coupons for meetings. Looks like I am in this for the long haul!;)

Well, I am not making much progress towards my Labor Day goal! I went on vacation for two weeks to Florida and weighed in today and have only lost one more pound! I am really going to have to kick it into high gear to make my goal!

My tracker is updated. I lost this week. Not doing so well on this short term goal. I think this is my last one. I don't do well and then get a bit discouraged. This is a crazy slow process for me. It has taken me two years I think to lose my 54 pounds. I know that is supposed to be average, but I have gained the same number of weeks that I have lost. So, I am not quite doing it right. I know this up and down is good for me though. I know I won't go crazy when I hit goal. I am enjoying every step of the way. Even if it has meant an entire half gallon of ice cream to myself in three days. :o
I will track the last week of the challenge and then just keep my eye on the long term prize. Thanks for all your support!!! ===Amy
