I can't imagine anyone feeling snubbed here either. If anyone should be snubbed it is me, as I am a lifetimer who gained all of her weight back. But I am now working to whittle my weight back down. Everyone on this board has been very supportive of my efforts and I am sure they will be supportive of yours too. WELCOME!

I guessed at the points for the vegetarian Peking "duck" which is basically soy with shitake mushrooms and a little brown rice syrup and spices. It didn't have nutritional info on the label (I got it at my health food store), but I can't imagine it is more than 5 points.

Morning
ww smoothie with nf soy milk 3
frozen strawberries 1

Midday
crystallized ginger 4
vegetarian peking duck with shitake mushrooms 5
rice cake with soy butter 2

Evening
boca burger 1
lite english muffin 1
corn 1
salad 0
cheese 2

Total: 20

Hey Myra -
I got to lifetime the first time back in the late 80's; I yo-yo ed up & down since then & finally rejoined again in January 2000 & got back to my goal weight only 13 months ago - I was in the same situation that you're in - there's no way you would ever be snubbed for doing what countless others have done - you are back on the way to your goal & you're doing great!

I hope that things are clearing in Laurel-land! Don't get down. We all have times like this. The key is to dust ourselves off and get back on the horse. BTW, your total wasn't really that bad. Believe me I've done much worse and with a lot less nutritious food!
