Buona sera -

hey there Katie hey LM... my you gals are up early!

LM - I love my hubby too... but you've worked and are working this way too hard to let his need for quick and easy deter you from eating right. My hub is always wanting me to join him in a cocktail or two, a nosh or two, a hagen daz pint or two...and I just have learned to smile seductively and say, "not tonight dear". We even had a couple of emotional "disagreements" based on the way he prepared the dinners (fattening, tons of oil, etc.). He's finally come around and now drinks primarily wine vs. scotch, uses fat free marinades, and has celery as as appetizer. Miracles do happen.

Morning (4)
1/2 bagel - 2
cof - 1
apple - 1

Midday (7)
yup prob Fish Tacos - 5
WW bar - 2

Evening (12)
rice cakes - 1
smart ones - 6
bok choy - 0
icecream - 2
Networking Event
drink - 2
fruit - 1

Total: 23 points (banked 2)
water 32 oz
exercise - need to stretch and will be at PT.
total banked 7 and earned 5 activity pts.

sowb behkher (good morning in Persian),

Laurel and Ms. Patch,
I am so in your boat at this point. Yikes. I'm looking at a refrigerator bursting at the seams with all this good stuff and when it comes time to make dinner. No one, including me, has a clue. Its rather pathetic. Neither of us has the get up and go to
do anything creative and its a darn shame. I think it was all that
entertaining the last couple of weeks. Patch, I totally understand the haagen dazs struggle too!

Anyways, here goes my day so far:
breakfast:
coffee w/moo and 1/2 +1/2 (1 tsp) 1/1
mozz cheese 1/2
lunch:
salad 2/4
turkey 1/5
mozzerella 1/6
beets
water

snack:
soy nuts (unsalted please) 3/9
3 bites of a lemon square (whY?) 2/11
decaf iced americano
water
snack2:
baked kettle chips 3/14
cottage cheese 1/15
dinner:
grilled halibut 3/18
cherry chutney 1/19
salad 1/20
jasmine rice 3/23
dessert:
skinny cow 2/25

exercise: definitely - just the cardio i'm afraid,
38 min bike ride, 14 miles w/hills

dog putter this morning (brave dog, went through sprinklers at
park ) and pm
water:si,si
vitamin: si,si

LM you go girl!

Just wanted to share here as well... I've come back from the Tuesday WW meeting and found out I lost 3 lbs over the past two weeks. New weight is - 132.4. Whoa. I'm finding the reality of me reaching dream goal is scaring me. Strange huh?
