Terri-

Stuff in a bin is hard to get the nutritional info on. I usually try to find a similar item in a package with nutritional info and use that as a guide , adjusting for serving sizes. Weighing would work also, but it's kinda a pain to lug the scale to the grocery store

You also mentioned not getting obsessed which is something I have always wondered about, especially reading threads here that get into heated discussions about the exact point values of food ...

Sometimes I think we may be trading one obsession for another. Are we going from obsessing about food -- eating lots of it -- to obsessing about not eating food -- being so particular about what we eat ? So I try to not get too obsessed about food. It does not always work, but I do try ...

I just want to tell you how Thankfull I'am in live in the city where Natural Ovens bakes their Breads, Muffins, Bagels, Buns, Cookies etc.
I really do feel sorry for those who have to have things mailed as this to me is THE BEST BREAD PRODUCT out in the market place. High in fiber , all natural, pricey yes, as the cost has risen here in our local stores too.
Gas prices are alot to blame as gas has gone up 22 cents a gallon in the past 10 days.

But if you get the chance to purchase Natural oven products you won't be disappointed as they are so filling and wonderful.

Do keep them in the fridge or freeze them as do spoil fast, if left out on the counter.
