Question Anyone notice?

Hey all!

I've been doing WW for about two months and I'm really happy with it. I have noticed, though, that I'm constipated. Has anyone else had trouble with this? Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!

yes, yes, yes, and yes!

LOL, I can't figure out what's wrong because I do get all that. Maybe it's too much fiber?

Fiber is the cure for constipation, not the cause. I find myself eating so many veggies on WW that I never have problems. It happens when I am not dieting and I have too much fat/cheese/meat.

Try increasing your fiber (bran cereal for breakfast), have prunes for a snack, and drink lots and lots of water. Stay away from cheese and bananas.

Have you been taking your vitamins regularly. I find that if I forget about them for a few days my body isn't "normal".

Also, are you eating fruits and vegetables, or mostly vegetables?

I actually am doing what you all suggest but I guess more fruits and veggies can't hurt! Thank you all for your replies!
