  • We're finally getting some rain around here - it's been raining all night & is still going....

    Nectarine (1/10)

    Snack:
    A couple of saltines & triscuits (1/11) - they make you snack after you donate blood

    1 cup skim milk (2/13)
    Rest of leftover chicken veggie stir fry w/rice (6/19)

    Snack:
    WW 2 pt bar (2/21)
    2 LF cinnamon sugar graham crackers (2/23)

    100 oz plus

    Exercise:
    3 mile walk (45 minutes)

    Note: Very busy day yesterday and didn't get a chance to finish posting the rest of my journal last night, although I did keep track of it in my head. I ended up with a total of 24 points for the day.

  • LM, at least you enjoyed yourself. Better than me hardly tearing myself away from the computer all day. Trying to get the work in today so I can start the weekend early tomorrow PM. I've been trying to bank some points in anticipation of birthday with my folks. I've been on a roll. I don't want to blow it now. I want to keep the momentum going if I can.
