Hello!!! :-D
Hello there! I'm new to 3 fat chicks but not new to this lifestyle or to WW. I'm a lifetime member who dropped 60 pounds and hit goal 2 years ago in June - I went from 220 to 160 - but in the past year and a half I've gained back 20 of those 60 pounds. I went back to meetings (buying the 12 week plan) and i'm down 4 - so i've only got 12 pounds to get BACK to my ww goal (164) and 26 pounds to get to my personal goal of 150. Anyways, I wanted to introduce myself and say how excited I am to have found the 3 fat chicks website.
Also - since I'm here...I weighed in this morning and I'm down .4 from last week. This week wasn't TOO bad - I journaled everything - but this weekend I went out with friends. I journaled that as well as possible...I also hit the gym 3 days last week. PLUS...I would like to post this NSV...my roommate is a tiny little thing who doesn't have to worry about her weight - AND of course, she eats like CRAZY....and keeps SO much junk in the house. Well, 2 NSV's actually...yesterday she wanted spaghetti and since she doesn't cook I told her I would. So I made the two of us spaghetti - BUT I cooked it in portions so that i KNEW i'd have exact points amounts for me and whatever for her! lol. plus I used high fiber whole wheat pasta (6 g fiber, 1 g fat, 180 calories) - and 96% FF beef & light ragu. PLUS...she decided she wanted to make cookies...yeah - ONE cookie is 5 points...so i had ONE last night and again only ONE today - and yes, i counted them both! there's more sitting in the kitchen and i haven't touched them! :-P
