Hi everyone I'm so excited that I found a place to share my WW experience. I'm in my first week of the program and I'm very pleased with it. Before WW I knew what foods to eat, but I never new how to monitor my portion sizes. Well I purchased a scale and I'm keeping track and weighing my foods. This is what I needed. In five days of starting the program I lost three pounds.
Though this is a drop in the bucket towards my 60 pounds I'm just glad the scale started to move.
