Unhappy Pms!!!!!

Ok, this is the 2nd PMS I have gone through on WW and I am still having a hard time. Is there any sort of "safe" food that I can have to help with this. I am one of those women that craves chocolate and it is really bad right now. I don't want to blow it and my weigh-in is Wednesday. Please if you have any ideas of what to eat I will greatly appreciate it.

I am having a rough time with that too. Just stick to your program and don't worry about what the scale says until the weigh in the following week.

Find some fat free fudgecicles in the ice cream dept. Make some fat free chocolate pudding. Or just go buy good chocalate - eat a little bit each day and make up for it with 0 pt. veggie soup at lunch.

Light hot chocolate
Low fat chocolate pudding cups
Healthy Choice fudesicles
1 or 2 really good Godiva chocolates (too expensive to binge on and a big chocolate taste to kill the cravings)

Default Hershey's Special Dark Miniatures

They have a new multipack, and I calculated the points to be 1 point for one piece. Or try the Weight Watchers chocolates made by Whitman's. Most of them are a point apiece too. Of course, if you can't take one or two and must eat the whole bag if it is there, this option won't work for you.

I like the WW 2 point caramel chocolate bars - they kind of taste like Mars Bars to me

you're not alone in this, I personally gain from 0 to 2 pounds over the pms week
I try to stick to the program and stay within points, I do eat chocolate and munch alot but try to keep healthfull foods within reach and hide all the "sinfull" stuff so that I don't eat them

I've found the perfect PMS treat...at least for me. No Pudge Brownies... They're only 1 pt each. You can make the whole box and it makes 12 brownies. OR if you can't control yourself you can make just one at a time. I only get them when I'm PMSing because I will eat the whole box.
The WW frozen fudge bars are also good and only 1pt each too.

Good luck...I start soon myself....Good luck to us all.
