Talking My meeting last night...

Was incredible!

I lost 3.2 lbs this week - I've never been so happy to be a 'looser'

I also saw an amazing woman at my meeting. In 11 months she has lost 135 lbs in 11 months on the program! She said that in 11 months she has only once not written down the points on a meal (it was an anniversary dinner celebration and she couldn't figure out the points on some of the dishes).

I was amazed and so very encouraged!

Well done clkchef. You must be really pleased and proud, keep up the good work. As for that other lady at your meeting - it just goes to show how important it is to keep an accurate journal! Even when it's scary, you should still write it down

Keep on being a great 'loser'

Congrats on your great loss! We love to hear stories of those who lose it so fast but reality for most of it is a lot slower! It's been 50 lbs in 53 weeks for me....

Journalling is definitely the key! And water, and excercise, and portion control.......

Talking You go girl!

I have been on WW a million times. Okay maybe not that many. I would lose some...give up and quit and gain. In fact one time I joined and gained 10lbs.

Well I joined again March 27th and have lost almost 30lbs. Why was it differnt this time? I was ready to see what I could do. I knew I had it in me to lose this weight. I got rid of some serious baggage in my life. He was worth about 185lbs. Decided that nothing was going to stop me. I was one of the lucky ones. I dropped almost 20 in one month. Now it is slowing down. But it was one heck of a jumpstart and took me down 2 sizes. Which made me feel and look much better.

Be proud of your lose and keep up the good work. You will be so proud of yourself. Funny how now I walk and feel like I can do almost anything. (no plans to bungee jump in the future though)

That's awesome!!!!! I lost 1.5 lbs this week! I'm finallie below 200 so I'm verrie happie. WW is such a great program. I started excersizing this week (my 4th week back) and so I think that will reallie help me in my weight loss efforts. I just HATE to do it, but i know i NEED to.

Congradulations to all of us losers!

Maybe that's why WW gives us a keychain - there are so MANY keys to success. It's great to know we have a lot of help along the way.

BTW, it took me 20 months to lose 44 pounds and get to goal. Speed is not one of those keys...
