Default I need a serious kick in the butt

I've been following the program "in my head" instead of journaling it, and my loss has stalled. I just know that because I'm not keeping an accurate accounting of what goes in my mouth, I'm taking in too many points each day. I have to start TODAY in keeping track. I'm only a 20-pointer, so if I screw up, it really does make a difference.

you can do it! we both can....i restrarted yesterday and im going back to my group next weekend hopefully not more than 2 lbs over goal right now im 2 lbs away.

Default I've begun keeping a log again

I have my meals all planned in advance for today. Came up at 19 points, which gives me leeway if I want a little snack tonight.
