Good day you all,, am just getting ready to go out the door to work and wanted to say have a wonderful week-end to all of you,,,

DebleyDuu,,,congrats on your wt loss,,,it take time and if you have health problems it can be harder and slower,,,I am diabetic and it slows the wt loss down some,,,depending if I keep my bs level,,,I struggle also and have a suggestion,,might work for you,,it helps me,,,I only make my goal 10pds at a time,,,I can't look at the whole picture because it depresses me and when I do it 10 at a time I know I can do that,,,when that ten is gone I move to the next 10,,,I started out at all time high of 250 and am now 235,,,but I try to only weigh once a month,,,,( but usually that part doesn't work ) just a suggestion,,,there are a lot of nice people here,,,I think you would like it if you came back,,,I am also pretty new,,,just helps me to have some feed back and give and get some support,,,

ok gotta run,,,have a great one,,,Later,,Jeanne

EEEEK! Went out to dinner tonight and used ALL of my 35 FLEX points in ONE meal! Well, it's counting every single point the rest of the week!

Debley: You'll do great! One day at a time!

Hi to all

I've had a stressful week -- and lost it after work. I stopped to pick up some groceries, bought a box of WW Chocolate Fudge Bars (1 pt. each) and would you believe I ate the whole box of them!?!? One right after the other -- talk about a food frenzy. I have to say that I'm feeling pretty awful physically about now. Thankfully, they were one point apiece. How do you all handle the 'out of control', got to have it times?

I've got to get a plan written down for meals tomorrow in order to get back on track. Have a great weekend.

Hi, everyone,

I started WW in mid-November and have lost 20.6 lbs. up to Feb. 2nd. Was supposed to weigh in on Feb. 9th but fell down our basement stairs and broke my ankle so didn't weigh in last week. I'll weigh in this Wednesday though.

When I started WW in November I was 244.6 lbs. I want to get down to 140 so that means I had just over 100 lbs. to lose. Have lost 20.6 lbs. so have 84 left to go. I'll get there. Hoping to get to know you all over the coming months.

Hello everyone, yeah! the weekend for me! Work Fri and Sat night were boring but I really paid for it Sun night. One admit after another all night. Oh well, that's life in nursing! I hope everyone had a good weekend.

Maggie2 everyone here is very supportive!

Well, I am off to do some more cleaning, hubby is working tonight and since I am wide awake after sleeping all day I may as well do a little cleaning.

Have a good evening everyone.
