Once again, you gals are just wonderful. Thank you. I logged onto the Sunday Thread and read your wonderful words of encouragement - Boy - I better not blow it today!

LM - believe me, boy have I had days, weeks like yesterday for you. But I love your attitude and focus to getting right back to program.

I'll be weighing in today and am hoping for a loss. I was at 138.8 lasted week and haven't a clue what news the scale will bring.

However, I knooow that sometimes the scale may not reflect the effort we've done so I want to "put it out there" that even if the scale doesn't say it, the clothes do. I wore a skirt this weekend that a month ago was way too tight to put on. And two separate people mentioned that it looked like I had lost some weight.

That being said, the kid in me reallllly wants the weight loss to show. Nuf said.

I'm really excited... just came back from WW mtg and found I've lost 2 lbs. Thank you guys. I really feel I couldn't have done it without you.

Morning (5)
1/2 bagel - 2
cof - 1
hard boiled egg - 2

Midday (5 1/2)
fish tacos - 5
1/2 peach - 1/2

Dinner - (13)
Veal - 4
breading - 2
butter - 1
potatoes w/ oil - 3
spinach w/ 1 tsp butter - 1
ice cream - skinny cow - 2

total - 23 1/2 points
Walked 1/2 hr. moderate - 1 activity point
water - 32 oz

Thanks

That really makes me happy. Finally things seem to be clicking for me after several years of struggling. It is great that it is helping you as well.
