. WW encourages you to eat better carbs such as brown rice, whole grain products and whole wheat pasta. It's more about making better carb choices rather than cutting carbs out the way some of the diet plans available out there.
I think the Core plan is a great plan and have tried it out for about 2-3 weeks but I need the structure of the points system.
