I made a great lunch today. If you are core it was almost free if you are flex it was about 5, but way worth it!
I baked a spaghetti squash and pulped it out, threw it in the frying pan with a can or mixed beans (chick peas, kidney and pinto beans) added 1/2 cup salsa and two handfuls of spinach leaves. I cooked it until tender and served it on a bed of romane lettuce and grated 1% mozza cheese on top to melt. I was great and really filling. Only problem in the gas! lol
