Talking Starting on Thursday

Hey all.. I just thought I'd introduce myself..
I'm a 23 year old student from Indiana/Chicago Area.
I was a former athlete, and had a few injuries that caused my weight to go up drastically. I went from 5'5. 100 lbs in 2001, to 177 today. I am looking to go back to around 120-130, somewhere in that range. I go to my first meeting on Thursday, and I'm nervous!
also, my exercise is limited right now, probably for another month.. is this really going to hurt my weight watchers experience?
If anyone has any suggestions, PLEASE let me know!

Thanks!

Welcoem Ray-Ray!

How did your first meeting go?

I would talk to your doctor about exercise and then discuss it with your leader.

I think you can still lose weight on the program even if your exercise is limited. Just do whatever exercises that your doctor okays and don't overextend yourself. You can increase your exercise as your doctor tells you to.
