Hi all!
I'm on Day 3 of my new plan. I'm doing WW online for what feels like the 47th time. I belonged to WW meetings a couple of times and have tried online a couple of times. I'm currently at my heaviest ever, but I'm also feeling more committed than ever. On Monday, I joined WW and stayed within my points and worked out for the first time in months. Yesterday, same thing - good on food and worked out. Today, yep, I did it again. I'm so excited! I just want to stay excited.
I do have one concern. Today I still have 5 points left of my daily points and it's 9:00 p.m. my time. I'm not hungry and I would prefer not to eat after 8. Do I have to eat more?
