Hmmm... haven't seen that around but would also like to know where to find it.

Maybe a health food or whole foods store might have it or a specialty shop that sells Italian food? Maybe Trader Joe's or someplace like that might have it or a place that makes fresh pasta.

Do you need it badly enough to make it?
Find a whole wheat past recipe and a regular tortellini recipe that you like (with good fillings) and combine the two.
