Well tonight is my first challenge since beginning WW - my partners christmas party! I've been feeling a bit anxious about it, because I know that sometimes dining out can be a challenge for me, and it's hard not being completely in control of what's on offer.
It's at a steak restaurant, but I've had a peek at the menu and grilled chicken is on the menu - so that sounds like a good choice! I'll stick to water and maybe a coffee instead of desert. I've been to the gym today and I'm making sure I stay on track today!
How do you all deal with situations like this? I have the Eating Out Guide, but i'm not sure I'm going to be able to calculate the points very accurately for tonight. I'm sure that if I stay focused I should be able to get through this okay
