HI, My name is Uleta and I am useing some sort of the WW diet. I am keeping to the points and exercising, but I am not attending meetings as I can't afford it. However I think Ihave a good concept of what I am doing. I am 25 and weigh 240 and want to weigh 175. I think this is a pretty good goal and attainable. So just thought I'd let you know I'm lerking around here seeing what all I can learn

Nice to meet you all too. So far I've been doing pretty good with it. Well at least the eatting part. Now to get motivated and do the exercise part. I'd tell you why I havn't been doing it but that is making excuses. I just have to stop and get up and do it. Thanks again for making me feel welcome.
