Points Used: DH installed a new computer and I'm waiting for my spreadsheet to be installed.

I've not deserted you... or is it desserted? Thought to ponder....
I weighed in yesterday at my meeting and lost 5.3 pounds!
I must be doing something right!
Will get back on line and post some food journals later, busy but staying on program!

Default I'm Back!!!

I finally have a computer in working order. I installed Excel this morning, which means I have my food journal in working order. Now I know how many points I'm eating and earning, instead of guessing. I didn't know just how much I relied on that spreadsheet.

AP Earned - 4.3 (20 min Yoga Now AM/PM, 40 min WATP 1 mile x 2, KS Lower Body & Upper Body Weight Training, and 7 min Abs & Back) I'm doing two seperate workouts, to make-up missing yesterday.

1/2 T Soy Protein
1 c 1% Milk

Taco Salad
Apple

Raspberry Crumble Granola Bar

Mushroom Pork Chops

Jan, you are doing so well. I'm sad to say that the last few days I kind of slipped.... but I'm not giving up.
Today I will try very hard to be back on track again.
