Huntersmommy - you are so right~ gotta keep the motivation going~ Just gotta get my butt in gear and exercise. I have treadmill but find it boring. I find that this site keeps me going. But will try to work in exercise.
ladies you are doing so great. had weigh in this morning down 2.2 for the week ww is not having a meeting next tuesday so I wont know if i made my xmas goal or new years goal til the following tuesday at weigh in i will definitely miss not having the meeting next week. so ladies what are you doing for the next couple weeks to stay on plan and meet your goals

I am still doing treadmill~ I am doing 30 mins now each morning. I weigh in tonight~ I dont think I lost I think I gained and am upset was doing fine till I started adding exercise. Hoping it will level off. I also need to drink more water has slacked off some on that.

cryket definitely gotta drink that water stay away from pop or soda whatever its called in your neck of the woods i grew up calling it pop that will make a difference to if i have a week i slack on the water and drink more pop i dont lose as much on the scale. you can do it girl i dont get to see how the new years challenge went until january 3rd i think it is. no meeting today

Hey ladies well, I fell of the wagon this past weekend and continued to roll around. Ouch. I stepped on the scale and Im up 2lbs. I did everything wrong. slacked on the water, I probably ate a weeks worth of points just on christmas. So today im back to starting over!!!!! My tummy is still hurting. Im adjusting my new years goal to 206 to get back where I was before Christmas and then 1 more pound.

Thanks Angie, that is exactly what im trying to do. I am already at 40oz for the day and still drinking. Im deciding on whether I should do below my points for the next couple of days or if I should just stick to my regular amount of points and make sure I dont go over or use any flex points for the rest of this week. Any suggestions?
anna i would stick with your normal pts allowance dont want your body to think your starving it and have it start holding on to everything. great job on the water
