Default Hello Gang
I'm new to this forum. I joined WW last week. This is such a great site. Hopefully I can stay motivated and keep journaling.

So I lost four pounds.

Hopefully I can lose more this week...Thursday is weigh in day.

You've found a great place to find lots of support and motivation. Even get some good recipes as well. Welcome.
