Hey all...I blew it today. I took my kids to the demonic McDonald's and of course I ate too. So I went over my points. :( But I will get back on track tomorrow. Am off to do my workout. Will let you know how it went in the morning. Have a great Friday night!

If it makes you feel better-I sort of blew it today, too-but didn't go over my FPs at least. Halloween candy just looked too good. :(
We'll both get right back on track tomorrow, no worries! I'l throw in an extra long workout session, too-seeing that I have a Halloween party to attend tomorrow!

I will settle for any amount of weight that I lose. I would like to lose 10 lbs by Thanksgiving.

I am the same way! That is why I made a small goal. Small goals are easier to obtain (sp?) and more realistic. If you make your goals to big it can lead you to dissappointment and sometimes people give up then. No matter what your goal.. don't give up!!! Keep going. You will succeed. :) A good healthy weight loss is 2 pounds or less per week. ;)

Girls I know how tempting the candy is have any of you tried the whitmans weight watchers candy some of it is a point a piece but, becareful dont eat to many pieces it has a laxative effect if you eat to many says that right on the bag but, if choclate is a trigger food i dont recommend trying them. My favorite one is english toffee I'll have a piece and save them over the week until the bag is gone i think its 6 pieces in a bag something like that. there are healthy choices to get at mcdonalds and still stay on plan the fruit and yogurt parfait which i find quite yummy is only 3 pts you could have a chicken mcgrillwith no may for 6 pts there are other choices to make salads that are great choices if you dont have the dining out guide i recommend it if you dont have it and dont go to meetings you can look on ebay but, you are going to pay a pretty penny for a book you could get for 6.00 weight watchers sometimes runs half price memberships that would be a great time to join i think i joined for 15.00 instead of the 30.00 fee and paid the 11.00 for the intial meeting the dining out book was 6.00 and the grocery guide i believe was 5.00 great investments its a great investment in your health. halloween candy is so awful the great big bags the only thing i can recommend there is dont buy it until the afternoon of the day of halloween put it in the trunk take it out at home and put it somewhere out of site go for a walk do someting for you if you dont have alot of trick or treaters and it looks like you will have alot of candy left start giving the kids toward the end more pieces but, dont buy the candy. visualize it has something gross and disgusting think of your least favorite thing and imagine its that. we can do this girls we can beat mcdonalds and halloween and any other obstacle that comes in our paths. and dont feel defeated if you have a bad day just get right back on the wagon and keep going the next or if you have a bad lunch dont continue the bad choices for the rest of the day pick right back up and eat healthy the rest of the day. :) big hugs girls. well i have worked out to richard simmons for 20 minutes i was going to go walk at the park i've been going but, they are having a car show there today and charging 5.00 so i cant go and just walk they dont have the walking area open stunk big time so i will walk again in a lil bit when my lil guy wakes up. lets havea great weekend and make healthy choices :)

Well put Angie! Well I am back from weigh in and happy to report that I am down -2.2 lbs...yea for me! I was so happy when I stepped on that scale. So now here we are...its the weekend...we can get through it. Weekends are always so tough for me. But I am gonna work the program hard this weekend and make it good. Hope you are all having a great Sat.!!!

well yesterday i walked mmy 2 miles and worked out with richard for 20 minutes thats bout time the lil guy got fussy and then thismorning we walked 2 miles and i have worked out with richard going to try and do some more excercise since tomorrow is my off day i never workout the day before ww weigh in your muscle retains water when you work out so i like to have that day off the day before :)

Last day of hell week
 
Well today is the last day of **** Week. It has been a very effective **** week. I have worked out every single day at least a little bit. Friday night I did 20 minutes of Pilates, and a leslie Sansone 2mile power walking DVD.

Yesterday I did pretty good. Stayed within my points and I even went out to eat. We went to an all you caneat steak place, and i ate a big salad first...I was a good girl. Then when I got home, I let Billy kick my butt. I did a 30 minute tae-bo basic workout, and an 8 minute (hard) tae-bo workout. Then because I was feeling so good, I did a 30 minute Firm Power yoga DVD. WHOO HOOO! The calories were burning last night. I feel a little of the effects today. Sore butt, back, abs. But it felt really good to be so active. It felt good to work so hard for something.

Huntersmom...I found those english toffees too. They are so good, and usually one is more than enough for me!

I bought the flex points books off ebay for $36.00 brand new. It was the general food listing guide, the dining out guide, the pocket guide, and the food log and the little black case they all go in. I think that wasn't so bad. I had to read on the internet to figure out exactly how the program works but that wasn't hard either. It was worth it not to have to go to meetings!

I am going to retake my measurements on November 1st. That is a great way to see your progress in inches lost. Sometimes it's a better indicator than in pounds lost. I'm going to do that the first of every month. My stomach is smaller so I can already tell there is a small difference.

wow you are the excercise queen last night you go girl :) I hope you have a great weight loss this week :) yeah i love the english toffee candies :) well doesnt sound to hateful for that on ebay jut have to becareful i see people sell the snack cakes and stuff on there and I tell ya you get ripped off especially since you can go to walmart and buy the snack cakes for 2 something i think i saw someone charging 25.00 for 3 boxes on ebay nuts i tell ya. well girls hope everyone else is having a great weekend and staying on plan :)

well today is my day off from excercise since i weigh in tomorrow we walked 2 miles yesterday and i did some of my richard simmons disco sweat then i put my lil guys baby boogie in the cd player and we danced to 3 songs before I had to get dinner ready that was alot of fun and my lil guy loved it to. So how did everyones weekends go excercise and staying on plan?

Well, it wasn't a very good week for me... I skipped two workouts and I ate fast food about three times. I am going through an emotional break down right now.. PRAY FOR ME!!!!! :dizzy:


BUT! This is a new week and another opportunity to try it again... Hopefully I'll do better this week. :carrot:
