Default Journal - Tuesday, June 19, 2001

Hey kids - I'm home with an official sorethroat/swollen gland combo. Sadly, it will not interfere with eating - if anything my appetite is more active than ever - I tell you, you can never win.

light eng muffin 1

1.5 tsp bb marg .5
1/4 cantaloupe 1
coffee w/milk 1

ham sand 2
red cabbage slaw .5
1/4 cantaloupe 1

taco-spiced meat 8
cheese 2
salsa/lettuce/onion

snack:
cmilk 2.5
pretzels 1
3 kedems .5

total 22
exercise:lolling in the bed with Eddie the cat, shuffling to stove to make cups of tea

weigh-in tonight...

HELLO? why yes, of course!

Water:
80 oz so far

Exercise:
3 mile walk at work
Mow the yard if it doesn't rain

Point Range: 18-25

Ditto, LM - sorry you are under the weather, and good luck on your weigh in. I like to journal starting with dinner, and I tracked points at dinner last night, so here goes:

Dinner
Chicken Enchilada casserole (5/5)
honeydew melon and strawberries w/ ff cool whip (1/6)
1 piece ff pound cake (2/8)
1 glass (4 0z.) wine (2/10)
1 bite (big!) chocolate candy (2/12)

Bfast
ff yogurt (2/14)
2 pcs lo-cal brd (1/15)
1 C. melon (1/16)
1 wedge light cheese (.5/16.5)

Lunch
Leftover enchilada casserole (5/21.5)
salad greens 0
Miniature Heath bar (2/23.5)

Snack
beets
V-8 juice

Exercise - none, probably, except for the 75 situps I did this morning. Hope to swim laps tonight after dinner ... we'll see

Water - Doing well today. 32 oz. so far.

second lunch: ww lemon picatta lunch 5/14
water, water, water

dinner:
protein : omelette avec chevre frais - one egg and 2 whites and one really happy cat

bread
salad

exercise: yes, trying to go today
dog walking: of course

challenge of the day: how to make it through the day not thinking of gelato or things lovely like that

vitamins: si, si
