Reliv?

  • Does anyone use Reliv? It is a way to get your vitamins in a shake form. But these are not meal replacement shakes. They are a great source of vitamins but are three points for the shake powder for the day. Do you think this counts?? Thanks!!
  • Counts as what..points? As a dairy? I use slim-fast optima which is 3 points for a serving and I def count it....I also count it as a dairy because I mix it w/skim milk...
  • sorry i meant count as points. i just feel like 3 points is way to high for vitamins
  • It may be too high for vitamins, but if what it's mixed with to make a shake has calories/fat/whatever, it's definitely countable! If you aren't comfy counting it - why not just take a multi-vitamin the regular way?
  • I think I will do that. I have just heard that Reliv gives you better vitamin absorption. What do you all think?
  • I don't know, honestly. :c)
I've never heard of Reliv. I looked at the website for Reliv, and didn't see nutritional facts.
  • I have used Reliv at 2 different times over the past few years. A friend was a distributor, and she convinced me to try it. It is expensive, but it does work for some people to help them feel better. Unfortunately, it didn't help me. I gave it the 2nd try just to make sure, and I didn't feel any different taking it or not taking it. For that price, I thought that there should be some improvement. I have Fibromyalgia and arthritis. My friend thought that the Reliv would help these. For me, it didn't. For others, it has helped.
  • I take my vitamins after I eat breakfast as I have heard that this helps with the absorption - having them with food supposedly helps digest them.
  • Well, I take flinstones vitamins. I'm not kidding, either. I love them. It's a fun way to get my vits in :c)

Swallowing those pills makes me ill. Then, I'm burping vitamin all day. It's yuck!
