exercise: treadmill walk & jog 40 mins -2

tonight is my actual WW weigh in (cleverly timed right after the eating-out gorge-a-thon; i think I gained 2#...duh!)

weigh -in: gained 1/2 pound over goal. so i think i gained 2.5 pounds this week!!!!

Banked 6 points today
I've banked 6 points yesterday and did 5 points activity at the track.


Water - so far 32oz
Exercise - just stretching and stomach crunches 1/2 hr. = 1 pt?
