Hm, I would assume then that you are on an old plan that maybe you picked up materials from?
In the current WW program, the lowest minimum amount of points is 20. In addition to that 20 points, you also get 35 points per week to use, either all, some or none, though the overwhelming evidence seems to be that the MORE of your points that you eat, the more effective the plan. You can also earn activity points by the amount of exercise you do.
The old WW plans had a daily points "range". Mine for instance, was 18-23 points. So if you only ate say 20 points, you could bank or save those 3 extra for later in the week. WW simplified the plan with the WPA.
So right now, there currently is no points banking system. If you don't use your WPA's you can't save them for the following week and you can't save AP's either.
