Default Question for lifetimers...how long?

I am not a lifetimer yet...but I hope to be soon. I am just wondering how long you guys have been able to stay as lifetimers so far?

Thanks for responding. I was wondering, because there are a few "moaners" at my meetings...people who say "Oh, maintenance is practically impossible" and "no one every stays a lifetimer for long" and other depressing stuff like that, and I was feeling discouraged that maybe all this was not worth it. Glad to see that you guys are keeping it up so long! I feel better now.

I'm at 9.5 months, and I have a friend who I think has been lifetime for 6 years.

You're learning healthy eating skills. As long as you keep going to meetings, keep weighing in, keep aiming for healthy eating, you'll do great!

I am a fellow Weight Watchers member too. I reached my goal last Saturday and started Maintenance. The first three days went good, then I went back to work on Tuesday and the rest of the week I was so stressed out at work, I feel I did not do good at all. I lost 1.8 pounds today at class today but I think it was all stress related.
Sometimes I feel so discouraged, but I really do think this will work, I know I cant quit now, if I did I might gain it all back. I too also wonder how long people keep off their weight once they get to lifetime member.
