Well, when I lost my 1.4 pounds last week (my first week on the WP) my grandma said it was because everything runs a week behind. So we were both curiose today as what my results would be, and I am glad to say, I lost another 1.6 pounds this week! Yippie! I LOVE the Wendie Plan!!!!

I'm going to try this because I've been so unmotiviated and just staying the same. I haven't been working out like I was in the past and now I'm feeling angry at myself because I lost 27.5 pounds last year on w.w. but didn't stick
with it. Instead I switched to low carb(atkins) and lost 15 pound in 2 weeks.
but gained it all back plus 10 of the 27.5 I lost with w.w.!

I need a boost or something right now! I just got some new workout video
tapes plus my sister gave me a 2-week guest pass for curves.

I don't want to end the year heavier than I started it but, for some reason
I feel so lazy about working out and that was my saving grace for years.

I'm hopeing this will help.
