salad w/ 1/2 piece of bacon (.5/13.5)
steamed broccoli 0

Snack
applesauce (1/14.5)
V-8

Dinner
1/2 C. canned spaghetti sauce 2/16.5
ravioli ? (about 4?/20.5)
squash
salad w/ ff ital dressing 0

Water: 24z. so far
Exercise: 30 min. walk (1.5 mil.) + 100 situps

non lo so. I think I'm going for something
quick and easy.

Hello to all! Went to two graduation parties this weekend, so major snacking going on!!

FF key lime yogurt w/Kashi cereal(3/8)

WW lasagna (5/13)
Carrots (0/13)
Natural Ovens bagel (2/15)

D:
LF chili (2/17)
1 cup skim milk (2/19)
Steamed veggies (0/19)
Crackers or bread (2/21)

Snack:
Sherbet (3/24)

Water:
96 oz so far

Exercise:
Treadmill for 30 minutes (2 miles)

Point Range: 18-25
