(about 4?/20.5) squash salad w/ ff ital dressing 0 Water: 24z. so far Exercise: 30 min. walk (1.5 mil.) + 100 situps |

breakfast: coffee 1/1 meeting snack: none lunch: healthy choice teriyaki chicken 5/6 steamed broccoli water snack : 3/4 of a cappucino blast 3/9 dinner: non lo so. I think I'm going for something quick and easy. snack during meeting? ?????? exercise? maybe, probably depending on how i'm feeling dog walks, like I have a choice vitamin: si,si water: the constant struggle these days |
