Ham Hoagie (or hero or grinder or whatever you call 'em):
Ital brd 6
ham 1
light mayo 1
tomato lettuce onions
corn on cob (not in the sammich) 2

snack:
choc milk 2.5

Total: 25 (and still feel hungry...)
exercise: stairmaster 40 min & Body Electric tape: - 3

jamie how do you eat so little?? 15 points yesterday? I'd be dead on the floor...

Diet Mountain dew (as if sugar free would help at all considering the rest of the meal!!)

This is what happens when I don't plan my meals!!

Dinner
Large salad w/ ff ital. dressing 0
broccoli w/ V-8 juice 0
SF jello 0
wine (2/25)

Excercise - iffy, but hoping to work out after work - Considering my lunch, I MUST!

water - always a struggle!

vitamin - yes.

non lo so, can't taste anything

snack:
peanuttles 5/10

exercise: one dog putter (30 mins) am
one dog putter (30 mins) pm
gym- depends on how i'm feeling

vitamin C: si, si

water: tea perhaps

anyone know a good allergist?
