broccolli

diet coke

fat free pudding 2/14
1/2 slim fast nutrition bar (hmm, not bad) 2/16
dinner:
probably shrimp and chinese stirfry
salad
or dinner meeting, so something else like soup and salad.
exercise: gym and rowing machine
