breakfast: coffee 1/1 1/2 luna bar 2/3 snack: finger bananas (2) 2/5 goat milk yoghurt 2/7 lunch: ww lemon herb chicken piccata 5/12 broccolli water diet coke snack2: fat free pudding 2/14 1/2 slim fast nutrition bar (hmm, not bad) 2/16 dinner: probably shrimp and chinese stirfry salad or dinner meeting, so something else like soup and salad. exercise: gym and rowing machine |
