Hello Everyone

Congrats to those who lost and those who are sticking with the program, drinking water, exercising or whatever it takes to get the scale to go in the right direction. That is what it takes to get us all to that place we want to be.

As for me, I made a complete week of exercising. From Wednesday on I have been having such a problem with sweet cravings (that is my downfall any way, could leave the food just give me sugar). Any suggestions on how to tackle the sugar cravings.

Great weekend to all

Default Thanks!

Thanks everyone for your motivational comments! I'm still feeling a little bit of "hate everything" mood, but things are turning around (I think)

After my 2 week absence from WW (and not really keeping track of my eating), I only gained 1/2 lb. so that was a positive. Everyone is right, tomorrow is a new day -- I have another weigh-in tomorrow to get me back on track. Once I know the final damage I'll know what to do from there.

My positive -- I bought a WW pedometer (kind of pricing at $24.00, but really nice) and I've been wearing it for 3 days now. My goal is at least 10,000 steps a day and yesterday I had over 18,000 steps!

Thanks again to everyone's support -- you guys are great!

Default Feelin' Strong

Good morning ladies! I am feeling a lot better today. Thanks again to everyone who offered advice.

Weigh In is at noon today so we'll see what I need to do. I dug out my trakker and recorded my breakfast so I'm going to get back on track -- starting NOW.

Any good dinner recipes that are WW friendly? I need something new for dinner this evening. I live in a house of people that don't have to worry about their weight (including my husband), so I need something that everyone will eat and not realize it's healthy.

Default Where is everyone???

Where is everyone hiding at? After my 2 1/2 weeks of self-destruction I only gained 1 lb. back so I'm very happy about that! It definitely could have been A LOT worse.

I'm getting ready to go for a walk over my lunch hour and then after work I'm headed back to Curves to get my fanny back in the gym.

Happy Thursday to all!

It was 10 days from my last weigh in (I usually only get weighed/measured once a month at Curves but I thought my clothes felt looser) so I jumped on the scale at curves today and found out I lost another 4 pounds! I'm following WW points, and I go to Curves M-F. I'm so happy!

Default Congrats

Congratulations! 4lbs. -- that's AWESOME!

Took my walk at lunch (completed 2 miles) and now I'm finishing my lunch (WW Terriyaki Bowl, Salad w/Light done right dressing and SF FF Jello) all of 6 pts for the total meal. Very positive day, I've got 11 points left for dinner and snacks tonight and that's not even counting the extra points we get for the week.

I would love to pull off a 3 or 4 lb week -- Keep Up the Good Work!
