Thanks everyone for your motivational comments! I'm still feeling a little bit of "hate everything" mood, but things are turning around (I think)
After my 2 week absence from WW (and not really keeping track of my eating), I only gained 1/2 lb. so that was a positive. Everyone is right, tomorrow is a new day -- I have another weigh-in tomorrow to get me back on track. Once I know the final damage I'll know what to do from there.
My positive -- I bought a WW pedometer (kind of pricing at $24.00, but really nice) and I've been wearing it for 3 days now. My goal is at least 10,000 steps a day

and yesterday I had over 18,000 steps!
